We got a nice tour of the Goose Island production facility while at Siebel. This place runs 24/7/365. 7500+ gallon fermentation tanks, sipping Bourbon County Barrel Aged Stout right from the barrel, taking videos of the bottling line (to be posted), and drinking some of their never to be released Red Woody. Enjoy the photos.
