Check out my Liberty Bell Brown Ale for an example of how to post recipes.
You need to attach two files. First the workbook file (*.xlsm) and then a jpeg file. The reason for attaching the image as well is because we all will be tweaking the values in our worksheets, changing the AA% for hops, etc. The recipe workbook allows other users to import the recipe into their collection, but the image provides accurate details about your system & ingredients, including all the hops/grains attributes (which the user might be missing or have set differently) allowing the user to tweak the recipe in his system to match IBU to the image.
For the content of the post, just write whatever you like to about the recipe. I basically just posted the label with a brief note.
You can post recipes as a singular post, or you can post a collection file, including several tabs of recipes. If you do that, I ask that you post the one xlsm file and a jpeg for each of the recipes.
